Using The Site
Use the Skip To Content link to bypass navigation. Menus, search, save controls, and forms support keyboard access and visible focus. Text can be resized using browser settings. The mobile navigation reserves space below the content.
Add To Your Home Screen
On supported iPhones, open the site in Safari, choose Share, then Add to Home Screen. On supported Android browsers, use the browser’s Install App or Add to Home Screen option. Availability and wording vary by browser. This is a web app, not an App Store or Play Store download.
When You Are Offline
An offline message explains that a connection is needed for current stories and conditions. Forms are not queued for later delivery. A failed or offline submission is never shown as delivered.
