Two performances at the arts center
Cape Symphony’s Music from West Side Story and the Americas is scheduled for November 14, 2026, at 4 p.m. and November 15 at 3 p.m., at Barnstable Performing Arts Center, 744 West Main Street, Hyannis.
Alyssa Wang conducts, with vocalists Cynthia López Olaya and Wesley Carman. The program combines Bernstein’s Symphonic Dances and Concert Suite No. 1 from West Side Story with Tania León’s Pasajes and Gabriela Lena Frank’s Three Latin American Dances. Ticket holders may attend Joe Marchio’s program talk one hour before each performance.
Arrange seating and hearing support when booking
Cape Symphony lists ten wheelchair spaces in sections B, C and E, with adjacent companion seats available for purchase. Customers can identify wheelchair spaces online or discuss their requirements with the box office at 508-362-1111. The main entrance provides the accessible approach, and an elevator serves the second-floor Loge.
Hearing-assistance devices are available at the performance venue’s box office; a major credit card or driver’s license is required as a security deposit. Check current ticket choices and the specific seating arrangement before completing a booking.
