Three openings share one evening

Sandwich Glass Museum has scheduled an opening party for Friday, November 13, 2026, from 5:30–7 p.m. Glassblower’s Christmas will feature trees decorated with handmade ornaments by local and regional glass artists.

The same evening introduces a Moby Dick exhibition marking the book’s 175th publication anniversary, and This is what it looks like: Robert Harmon, Jr. and Experimental Images on Glass. The museum says light refreshments will be served and asks visitors to indicate interest through the form on its event page.

The display continues beyond opening night

The museum’s current homepage dates Glassblower’s Christmas from November 13 through December 30, 2026. That display period includes holiday closures, so choose a visit date using the separate visitor-information page.

Plan the entrance and admission separately

The museum is at 129 Main Street, with its parking lot and entrance around the corner on Tupper Road. Its visitor page lists a wheelchair ramp, one-level interior and accessible restrooms.

Ordinary gallery admission is $15 for adults aged 15–64, $13 for seniors and $5 for children aged 6–14. The gift shop is free to enter. These are regular visit terms; the opening-party page does not state a separate admission charge. Check with the museum before assuming gallery admission is included in that evening.
