A planning survey, not a housing application
Wellfleet posted a housing-survey invitation on November 3, 2026. The invitation links directly to the questionnaire.
What the town wants to learn
The questionnaire concerns the 21-acre Maurice’s Campground property. It asks about housing timelines, purchase budgets, changing household needs and dedicated work space for tradespeople, artists and shellfishermen. Its introduction says responses will inform town staff, housing committees and the Select Board, as well as the Local Comprehensive Plan.
The opening section asks about age group, household size and current housing arrangements. The household-income question is optional. The survey explicitly says that answering it neither applies for housing nor guarantees a unit.
