Proposed lot rates
Provincetown’s Select Board will hear traffic and parking proposals on November 9, 2026, at 6 p.m. in Town Hall’s Judge Welsh Hearing Room, 260 Commercial Street.
Staff propose raising hourly parking charges by 50 cents at two municipal lots. MacMillan Pier would charge $4.50 an hour, capped at $45 a day; Grace Hall would charge $3.50 an hour, capped at $35. These are proposed rates awaiting consideration.
Other changes on the agenda
The notice also includes proposed $50 Group A parking fines, new violation categories and requests for speed humps. Residents can comment at the hearing or submit written comments to the Select Board. The town’s notice provides the submission details.
