Two sites, preliminary options
Provincetown will hold its second housing visioning forum on November 18, 2026, from 4–6:30 p.m., at Town Hall and on Zoom. The discussion concerns 288A Bradford Street and the Nelson Avenue properties numbered 22, 22R and 24.
The town and consultant JM Goldson have prepared two design scenarios for each site, with estimates of the local funding each could require. These remain preliminary concepts, open to revision after public feedback.
How to take part
The invitation includes residents, year-round workers and property owners; attendance at September’s first forum is not required. The town’s announcement links to the project page for an RSVP, online access and a feedback form. A light meal will be provided at the forum.
