Two application tracks
Cloverleaf, at 22 Highland Road in North Truro, will accept online applications from November 12, 2026, according to the town’s November 2 notice. Market-rate applications follow a first-come process. Income-restricted applications received within the application period enter a lottery, with preferences and income limits applying.
Completed lottery applications are due January 11, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. The virtual drawing is scheduled for January 19, from 11 a.m.–noon; applicants need not attend to receive results.

The first information session is November 20, from 4:30–6 p.m., at Truro Community Center, 7 Standish Way, with Zoom access. The town notice supplies the meeting links and application instructions. Contact the management office at 508-514-1221 for application assistance.
